Chair Pilates

Monday 9:15am-10:15am

A flowy, energising Chair Pilates class focussing on improving balance, coordination, strength and mobility.

 

The aim of this class is to start the week off with some beautiful mindful movement, boost confidence in how we move, warm up our minds and bodies for the week ahead and, if time allows, enjoy a coffee together after.  

Mat Pilates 

Tuesday 9:15am-10:15am

​

A lovely gentle yet strong stretchy class perfect for any Pilates newbies and/or those who'd like to learn about or freshen up on the fundamental Pilates principles. 

 

With a focus on mastering the Pilates breathing and activating the core and pelvic floor muscles, we'll also be aiming to improve our flexibility and mobility whilst giving our joints and muscles some love and attention. 

Dynamic Pilates

Tuesday 7:15pm-8:15pm

​

A dynamic yet gentle class challenging the whole body, focussing on strengthening our core, toning and lengthening our muscles and mobilising our spines whilst having some fun exploring coordination and balance. And, of course, always a lovely cosy stretch at the end. 

 

This class is mixed level yet still highly suited for beginners as we'll always begin with the simplest version of each exercise and layer up, and I'll be weaving in reminders of the Pilates principles throughout 

Pilates with Weights 

Thursday 7:15pm-8:15pm

NO CLASS LAST THURSDAY OF THE MONTH

A fusion of strength training with 1.5K weights (provided) and some gorgeous strong, mindful Pilates.

 

All the elements of my other mat classes with the additional challenge of the weights to add resistance and help strengthen and tone the body. Spaces are limited so essential to prebook.  

1:1 Pilates with Suze

Private 1:1 sessions with me are completely tailored to you, your body and your goals. This is your time to slow down, tune in, and feel fully supported. Each session we will focus in on how you’re feeling that day — whether you need gentle care, strength-building, or focused attention on an injury or niggle. Expect a calm, encouraging space where you can move with confidence, feel stronger, more balanced, and deeply connected to your body.

Pilates with a Friend

Availability on request. From £60ph

Pilates with a friend offers the perfect balance of personal attention and shared motivation. Train alongside someone you know while still receiving individual guidance for both your bodies.

 

These 2:1 sessions are supportive, fun, and effective — ideal if you enjoy accountability, connection, and a little extra encouragement while moving well together.
